🍽 How to Eat / Cooking Suggestions

Smoked pork is not usually eaten directly from the pack. It tastes best when cooked or heated.

1️⃣ Simple Fry Method

  • Cut into small pieces

  • Dry fry in a pan (no oil needed if fatty)

  • Add onion, garlic, green chilli

  • Cook for 5–7 minutes
    Serve hot with rice.


2️⃣ Smoked Pork Curry (Northeast Style)

  • Boil pork pieces for 10–15 minutes

  • Add ginger, garlic, chilli

  • Add lai patta / bamboo shoot (optional)

  • Simmer until soft

Best served with steamed rice.
