  2. Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect

       to a product. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then  

       such order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by you is refunded.

  1. You can cancel the order after the date of transaction and prior to the dispatch of the product. The order cannot be

       cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated.

  1. We will not process a return if you have placed the order for the wrong product.
  2. When you make a qualifying return, we will refund the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges.
  3. Return or refund shall only be considered once the customer concerned produced relevant documents and proof.
  4. Return and refund shall be subject to testing and verifying the alleged fault by an authorized person on behalf of us.
  5. The product will be eligible for replacement only if the same product is available in stock. In case the same product is

       out of stock; a refund shell be provided.

  1. Once qualified, the refunds are applied to the original payment option.
  2. Replacement can be if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical

       damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

  1. Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with my packaging and

       other items which you received with the damaged product.

  1. If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please do contact your respective bank or other mode

       of payment. It takes 7 days Business days to reverse back the amount by the respective bank.

  1. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide replacement or refund for a

       product you purchased if:

  1. The product purchased is sale items or promotional items (discounts, giveaways, etc)
  2. If the product has been used or opened.

           iii. The products are not in the same conditions as when they were delivered.

  1. Misused the product in a way that caused the problem.
  2. You knew or were made aware of the problem (s) with the product or service before you purchased it.
  3. Gifts or free services.

           vii. The product is broken, tampered with or damaged.

           viii. The products is returned after the return window is closed or the refund policy expires.

  1. Any other exceptions apply under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  2. Apart from the aforementioned goods and services, the following goods and services are not eligible for a refund.
  3. RULES OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT
  4. You are eligible to return the product only if you return the products in the same conditions in which you received them.
  5. Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and your address.
  6. The product shall be returned in its original packaging.
  7. We do not accept liability for packages damage during the return transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the

         product properly to prevent any damage during transit.

  1. Upon receiving your return request, we shall verify the request and if found genuine, we will arrange a pick-up of the

         product through an assigned logistics service provider.

  1. On receipt of the returned product, we will test it to identify the fault you have notified us.
  2. A copy of the receipt or invoice shall be attached along with the returned product.
  3. You will receive an email or SMS notification at your email address or mobile number provided to us.
