Every effort is made to process and deliver orders in accordance with the specifications and timelines mentioned for each product. If, due to unforeseen circumstances or limitations on our part, an order cannot be shipped or delivered, such an order will be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded.
Customers may cancel an order after the date of transaction and before the product is dispatched. Once the dispatch process has been initiated, cancellation is not permitted.
Returns will not be processed if the order was placed for an incorrect product by the customer.
For qualifying returns, the refund will be issued for the product value only. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Returns or refunds will be considered only after the customer provides relevant documents and valid proof. All returns and refunds are subject to inspection and verification of the reported issue by an authorised representative of the company.
Products are eligible for replacement only if the same product is available in stock. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Replacement requests will be accepted only if the customer reports that the product was delivered in a defective condition or with physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Any damaged product must be returned in the same condition as received, along with its original packaging and all accompanying items.
If the amount has been deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers are advised to contact their respective bank or payment provider. Refunds in such cases may take up to 7 business days to be reversed by the bank.

Cases Where Refund or Replacement May Be Refused
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if:
- The product is a sale or promotional item, including discounts or giveaways.
- The product has been used or opened.
- The product is not in the same condition as when delivered.
- The product has been misused, causing the reported issue.
- The customer was aware of the defect or issue prior to purchase.
- The product was received as a gift or free service.
- The product is broken, tampered with, or damaged after delivery.
- The return request is made after the return window has expired.
- Any other exception applicable under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Rules for Returning Products
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Products must be packed securely and labelled with the order number, return address, and customer address.
- Returns must include the original packaging.
- We are not liable for damage during return transit. Customers are responsible for proper packaging to prevent transit damage.
- Upon verification of a valid return request, we will arrange a pickup through an assigned logistics service provider.
- Returned products will be tested to verify the reported issue.
- A copy of the invoice or receipt must be included with the returned product.
- Customers will receive updates via email or SMS using the contact details provided at the time of order.
